Sign Mississauga’s Biggest Birthday Card #Canada150: Mayor Crombie
We encourage all Mississauga residents to be part of the celebrations and make a little history at the same time by signing Mississauga’s biggest birthday card for Canada 150 festivities, Mayor Bonnie Crombie said today.
Mayor Crombie’s birthday message reads: “On behalf of the City of Mississauga and Council, we celebrate the 150th anniversary of Confederation and our nation’s founding. As we reflect on our country’s history, and look toward our hopeful future, Mississauga encompasses the very best of Canada. Mississauga is a vibrant, prosperous, diverse and thriving place so many Canadians continue to choose for a better, more promising life. Happy Birthday, Canada!”
Sign one of the birthday card panels at select locations across the City listed in the schedule below.* On Canada Day, all of the panels will be joined together at Mississauga Celebration Square to create one huge card.
